Join the Job Skills Program!!

 

Job skills training is available and focuses on young women ages 13-19 in the Pittsburgh area through a University of Pittsburgh research study.


 

You will be asked to come to six sessions, each session is three hours long. You must attend at least four of the six sessions to be eligible for gifts and a gift certificate of completion.

Surveys will take place at the beginning and the end of the training and the follow up surveys after the program ends. Participating in the surveys is voluntary and anonymous.

Food and compensation will be provided.

Session 2: Setting Career Goals - February 25th

Session 3: Understanding the Workplace - March 4th

Session 4: Skill Development - March 11th

Session 5: Getting a Job - March 18th

Session 6: Keeping a Job and Advancing - March 25th
